Appartements avec Équipements pour les personnes handicapées à Banyuls-sur-Mer

"Très belle vue sur le port de Banyuls Appartement confortable et bien agencé (WC et salle d'eau séparés), merci pour le grille pain qui manquait l'an dernier ... Bon emplacement pour aller à la plage et faire ses courses à pieds à condition toutefois d'avoir du souffle au retour par l'escalier ..on est à la fois au centre du village et on bénéficie du calme .."

"Un presse citron et une patère pour accrocher son vêtement de dehors dans le couloir...mais c'est anecdotique.."

"The apartment was well equipped and very roomy( for 2 people). Lots of storage space. The aircon was very efficient( separate one in the bedroom was necessary! We had great views on the adequately sized patio/balcony( although it could get a little windy)-very useful self closing awning. The bedroom was a good size and the on suite was good-separate toilet was a good addition. The pool was an OK size with beds parasol etc., However there was a number limit in place 6/8, which sometimes meant that we couldn't use the pool( There was a family of 7 staying and they often spent most of the day by the pool. However the beach was only a 10/15 walk away. Unless you are going a distance it is free to leave your car in the Villa carpark-taking the car anywhere meant carparking fees(if you could find a free space) Overall we really enjoyed our stay, but we won't go back to the Miramar again( see below)"

"We were only a couple so we were happy with sleeping arrangements, however if I'd have booked for more people I would have insisted on a refund or a replacement apartment. The second bedroom is totally unacceptable. Very steep ladder up to a small hole in the wall leading to a very poky windowless attic! Dangerous, unacceptable. My wife and I are both reasonably fit and mobile so when we saw that upper floor access was by stairs only we weren't too concerned. It should be made clear that all access is by stairs only. E.g. carpark to apartment-short walk then 20 stairs/ apartment to pool 78 stairs/apartment to street( to walk to the beach)68 stairs. It does say in the info that the apartment was " beachfront". From Villa to " beachfront" was 10/15 minutes on foot"
